Deanne E. Olson, 71, of Muscotah, KS, passed away Sunday, June 15, 2025, at Mosaic Life Care, St. Joseph MO. Visitation with the family will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Thursday, June 26th, 2025, at the Becker-Dyer-Stanton Funeral Home. A private family burial of cremated remains will be at a later date at Cummings Cemetery, Cummings, KS. Deanne was born February 20, 1954, in Horton, KS, the daughter of Charles and Grace (Roloff) Schrader. She was a secretary for many years in various places, but her favorite was at Mount Saint Scholastica Convent. Deanne was a member of St. Leo’s Catholic Church in Horton, KS, and a City official of Muscotah, KS. She enjoyed gardening, reading, and watching Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune and any sporting events, especially the NFL. She even kept a stats book each season. Deanne married Kevin Olson on August 10, 1973, and he survives in the home. She is also survived by a son Jeremy Olson, Valley Falls, KS, a daughter Amanda and Jeremiah Johnson, LaCygne, KS, a brother Charles Schrader, Goddard, KS, a sister Phyllis Schrader, Doniphan, KS, eight grandchildren, Kevin, Brody and Tyler Olson, Logan, Lacey, Grace, Madison Johnson, and Andrew Howerton. She was preceded by her parents and a brother Phillip Schrader
