ATCHISON POLICE

SATURDAY, FEB. 25 Heather M. Enzbrenner, 40, Atchison, was issued a notice to appear in Atchison Municipal Court for a theft that occurred at Cricket Wireless, at 121 South Eighth Street.

A 27-year-old victim reported the theft of a 1984 Chevrolet S-10, brown in color, sometime during the evening from a parking lot in the 300 block of Main Street.

SUNDAY, FEB. 26

Sidney I. Kye, Jr. 37, Kansas City, was arrested for an Atchison County District Court warrant for failure to appear in district court. Kye was taken to Atchison County Jail.

Police are investigating the recovery of a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 truck, white in color by Buchanan County, Missouri Sheriff’s Office authorities along Southwest 56 Road near Missouri State Route 116. A 30-year-old victim had reported the truck was stolen sometime between Feb. 16-20 from the 800 block of South Sixth Street in Atchison.

TUESDAY, FEB. 28 Jayden A. Allison, 21, Atchison, was issued a notice to appear in Atchison Municipal Court for an expired tag, expired driver’s license, and possession of marijuana at 10th and Mound streets.

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 1

Cody T. Housworth, 37, Atchison, was arrested in the 400 block of Atchison Street for criminal trespass, criminal damage to property, and interference with law enforcement. Housworth was taken to Atchison County Jail.

Colton L. Meyer, 25, Atchison, was arrested for an Atchison County District Court warrant for domestic battery that occurred on June 20, 2022 in the 1500 block of Applegate Drive. Meyer was taken to Atchison County Jail.

THURSDAY, MARCH 2 Police are investigating a 29-year-old victim reported the theft of a 2008 white, four-door Pontiac Gran Prix that occurred about 4:30 a.m. from the 1200 block of Kearney Street.
