Advertising and Sales Operations Coordinator
The Advertising and Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring complete and correct entry of all print and digital advertising products into the corporate billing system in an accurate and timely manner. This also includes assisting in identifying any issues with products before they are sent to the Creative and Pagination departments. Additional duties will include assisting Multimedia Sales Consultants with internal
coordination of administrative selling procedures. This includes completing layouts,
entering ads into a tracking system, preparing sales presentation materials. This position would be responsible for training new hires on the retail advertising business systems. The Advertising and Sales Operations Coordinator would also assist with pagination

systems overflow and help assist in coverage for absences or vacations.

Qualified candidates should:

•    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of products. Key 40 wpm.
•    Proficient computer skills with emphasis in Ad Layout. Knowledge of Adobe or Quark
    products a plus.
•    Must be detail-oriented and possess strong organization and time-management         skills.
•    Ability to create strong business relationships and develop a sense of team with NPG
    Newspaper Account Executives, sales support, and local market publishing and sales
    management teams.
