Rebecca Becky Goodpasture, 64, Atchison, died Wednesday, April 3, 2019, at the home of her brother, in Savannah, Missouri.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 13, 2019, in the chapel of Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home with Pastor Kenneth Watkins officiating.

Interment will follow in Sumner Cemetery.

Visitation with the family will be from 10 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 13, at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Kidney Foundation or the American Cancer Society and may be left in care of the funeral home.

Becky was born Aug. 11, 1954, in Atchison, the daughter of Elmer and Luella Fitzpatrick.

She attended Atchison public elementary schools and Atchison High School.

Becky worked as a CMA for Atchison Medicalodge Nursing Center for over 15 years.

In her spare time she enjoyed playing cards, board games, antiques shopping and especially her thrift store shopping adventures.

Survivors include: a son, Frank Goodpasture, Atchison; three daughters, Annie Jo McKee, Effingham, Kansas; Christy Goodpasture, Sebeka, Minnesota; Ginger Gilbert, Kissimmee, Florida; four brothers, David Fitzpatrick, Savannah; Gary Fitzpatrick, Oskaloosa, Kansas; Walter Fitzpatrick, Winchester, Kansas; Howard Fitzpatrick, Chessapeake Bay, Virginia; two sisters, Sharon Fitzpatrick, Lawrence, Kansas; Linda Lavaco, Georgetown, Kentucky; 14 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by: her parents; one grandson, Jerome Oswalt; a brother, Victor Fitzpatrick; and a sister, Annie Bledsoe. As published in the Atchison Globe.
